The purpose of this poll is to bring further clarity to the current on-going glitch/bug where your earned Favor gets suddenly reset to zero and your Faction is removed. Please choose the Platform, Yes/No, and add any relevant info e.g. what Customer Service advised / offered as an adequate equitable resolution to your situation. (I combined NA/EU as there is a max limit of10 poll options). Thank you.

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭✭[XBOX-NA/EU] I did not encounter this bug/glitch with my earned Favor and FactionI signed off early Sunday night and didn't sign back in until later Monday, so there's a possibility that whatever is causing this is only affecting people actively signed in at the time, possibly in the overnight/early morning EST?0
