Xbox NA - night market is broken again and favor deleted

Once again, week later, night market server broke down, daily quest givers disappeared and favor is gone. 3 guilds confirmed this issue, there are Reddit posts etc. ahhh.

This is not good.

Can confirm GF is broken also. It appears NM and GF instances are hosted on same server.

Yup… can confirm that it’s down. My account and also my wife have no favors, no quests, no faction.. 23 days left of this event, been forced to now restart TWICE.. and there hasn’t even been a pin drop of an acknowledgement or confirmation that devs are working to fix it.. what yall gonna do? Offer us 5 more tonics? What a joke.

Honestly - the fact that on Xbox NA and PS NA both NM servers crashed, which has lad to faction resets, favor wipes etc - and this has now happened twice, first a week ago and now today - is really bad.

This performance is literally comparable to wall event performance for which ZoS leadership apologized. That apology also said this would not happen again, yet it is. Again. And again.

In addition, no acknowledgement does not help with disappointment already there.

Yo is Zos going to acknowledge this has happened twice, and on a large scale across multiple platforms? What's the plan going forward? Do you expect people to grind for a third time so that their favor can be reset again? Is this going to happen every time?
Hopefully we get a response that acknowledges the significance of this problem.

Just another confirmation that NM is completely unplayable right now on Xbox NA. Curator quest isn't even available for me. Everything else NM related is gone.

I lost 5k+ favour the first time which never got restored and other people where saying they got an apology in the mail with 5 favour potions but not me. I even said in the post I'm not even going back in there because what if it happens again, guess I was right. Also the house tours is down to.

NM was broken earlier today for me in PS NA (no favor display, no npc, no GF groups). Yesterday it was working fine, not sure what happened in the last 24h

Radio silence… Can’t even give the “it’s Memorial Day” excuse because let’s be honest, it’s only a federal holiday in the US and they have developers in Hungary, which celebrate their Memorial Day on February 1st.. makes me wonder if they even took the initial report seriously when it was first brought up..

They probably aren't at work because it is a real holiday. I wouldn't expect anything until Tuesday, unfortunately.

I put up a poll to see how many were affected by the loss of Favor. There was no explanation nor update on what happened and it feels like player silence is the desired effect. Vote here:

Well it got fixed for some people, so someone is at work at least. But I think zos got comms banned.

Same. I also got popped over into a different faction - which I'm not sure how that could even happen. I'm part of the 1000 Eyes now (was Goad).

The “fix” was likely just daily reset so chances are still nothing was actually done, and next Sunday, same thing will happen, yet again.

Tbf - while communication did arrive eventually, the sentiment is still disappointing. Problem is not resolved, problem is apparently quickly bandaged up, as long as one leaves NM alone when it breaks. And by the looks of it, that will remain until they bring it around in the fall
