Indeed, that is how it was, so sadly for 7 years, with no luck.

No. As far as i know there are some Ayleid plans that can only drop from any Ayleid related mob or public dungeon. These three are the rarest.

It has a chance to drops from random enemies at the public dungeon in Greenshade, and even maybe from any bass game ayleid dungeon. I got one years ago from the Greenshade and it was worth 6M on Xbox NA.

Praxis is 10m on pc eu, one available at thr moment.

Indeed, it is hard to get, always was.. I love the game tough. If someone, sends 5 mil, that would bring me closer. If 10 mil, well..utter happiness

Sometimes it's better to just buy the furnishing when we need it than to pay multimillions for the praxis, especially if we aren't going to craft a mass amount of these. It's doubtful anyone will donate 10m gold for a plain looking bookcase praxis.

For some players it's more about collecting the plans.

I was kinda lucky with my Ayleid plans. I found the bookshelf and brazier myself within about 2 months of farming and when I sold a second brazier plan the buyer messaged me to say he was a collector too and had a Bookcase if I needed it. I couldn't give him the gold any faster!

Sure, but 7 years is a long time to save up some coins. Should be doable in a couple of months, just gathering amd selling mats. Just waiting for a drop with a close-to-zero chance of dropping is so annoying, IMHO.
After a longer "offline" period, I myself try to keep up with all the styles, plans etc. That's lots of millions of gold, but I'm patient and slowly getting there...

I feel you on this one as I'm in a similar boat although idk how long it's been. I just know it's been years of trying off and on. But that's a pretty spendy plan to ask for as a donation. If you're at this point, I recommend working on just buying it.

Another good source of coin is to farm the monster masks that occasionally drop a dungeon. Not as much as they used to be still quite a nice chunk of change.

And then you can just buy the plan from someone who got lucky.

I do think they should adjust the drop rate of items that basically don't exist on the entire server. There's rare/hard to get and then there is this item basically does not exist.

Just to clarify, I think if we want something we can't now afford we should work toward getting the gold to buy it ourselves. Or just not buy hugely overpriced items that aren't really worth the price, just because we don't have one yet. I have a lot of gold but I'd never spend even close to that much on a pattern. I also am against asking others to help with the cost.

I was able to farm exactly one of these, and it was one I already found in a trader for a somewhat decent (relatively speaking, of course) price earlier. PS prices were much lower, about 2 mil for the plan was the cheapest I saw and what I sold that one for back then.

Do crafting writs on alts and farm and sell some furnishing plans, gold mats, whatever to get gold to buy them for a good price when you see them in traders. It is the only way. RNG is not your friend or mine. It takes time but the gold will add up.

Gold isn't that hard to come by in this game, or there's your own time. My main has learned all the furnishing plans available at present. Many of the older ones I had to buy but I've farmed the last few chapters' myself, swapping similar duplicate plans with guildies or selling extras to fund buying the ones I miss.

I'm unsure what I'll do going forward. U50 hits in a week or so and I'd usually have a stack of coffers by now, waiting to be opened but I'm rarely logging in these days so I have none.

it is a shame the drop chance is so incredibly low it can take years to drop
