Quest still breaks if another group member pulls the levers while you have the quest active. Delays progress and makes it so the quest can't complete

✭✭I don't know why we have bugs in the game that have had hundreds (or even thousands?) of reports that either:
1) still exist
2) never get responded to by anyone at ZOS
This one lever has had buggy interactions since like 2019. The Castle Thorn circle on last boss still doesn't move for half the group since dungeon release etc etc etc.
