game launcher hogs graphics card

The ESO game launcher hogs the graphics card, after the game launches i have to alt tab and kill the launcher otherwise the game is stuttering and is unplayeable because frame rate drops by 50% or more, killing the launcher instantly solves the problem.

✭✭✭✭The launcher used to have massive memory leak issues in the past so I instinctively close it after starting the game.0 -
Just save you the troubles and create a direct shortcut to the game client. The launcher is mega bugged since they've revamped it. Fortunately you only need it on a patch day.0
