Antiquity Furnishing Leads – Recipes! Thank you Devs!! (High Seas, U51 Preview)

During today's Dev Update Livestream (~40:00) it was announced that Antiquity Leads from the High Seas of Tamriel event would give recipes so that you can craft as many of the item as you like. IMO, this is a fantastic idea!

Crucially though: I assumed the recipe will be granted after the first Lead: 1/3 codex – Same as for Antiquity motifs, and Mythic items (which can be reconstructed after 1/3). I hope that's true.

Currently it's not fair that the furnishing grind is much worse than either of these, as furnishings cannot be used limitlessly until you complete 3/3 codex (and even then, Blue and Green quality are still not available to buy). Recipe for the first Lead would solve a lot of the problems with Housing Antiquities (at least for these future items; past items are still an issue). I am cautiously optimistic about the idea of furnishing plans being the primary reward for Antiquities leads. The first test will come in July when U51 PTS starts. Hopefully, it will be a strait-forward process, with plentiful sources and player-friendly RNG. The fear is that limited-time events and "nested RNG" will once again shatter the dreams of house builders and plan collectors alike.

We've seen plans as rare secondary drops before, but never as the direct object of the lead and eventual dig. In that situation nested RNG made the Ayleid structural plans nearly as difficult to get a the furnishings that dropped from double-locked zone treasure maps.

For the High Seas event to truly be rewarding and not punishing, the excavated plans need to be:

Tradable and not bound to the player who digs them up.
Come from plentiful and easily-sourced leads, without nested-RNG
Craftable with existing crafting materials and not introduce another impossibly-rare style material to craft them.
