Is there a log of when we login to the game that we can see? I really need to check when my account, and in particular a specific character, was logged in last since yesterday afternoon.

A friend can see when you were last logged on in the friends list.

That is true but when I already logged in today that overwrites previous login data.

There isn't a log like that in ESO.

If you use some addons or libs like Guild History or CMX, their logs could help you a bit.
In a common case, there are no such logs on the client side.
