This is the Stone-Nest Pillar - Temple, Gazebo and Pendulum on Medium Texture settings:
This is three of the other Stone-Nest Totems on Medium Texture setting:
Obviously on medium settings I'm not expecting perfect clarity, but these look half-rendered in comparison to the others.

This was also happening for me on Live after U48; the textures were OK before that. I sent in a ticket in-game a couple of weeks ago.

✭I'm on Ultra settings; was using the totems in a build that previously looked OK at the end of Oct / in Nov before the update.
Now they look like melted blobs:
