Is the new [Clockwork Door, Mechanical] bugged?

I tried placing it and even when in the open position, you cannot walk through it?
Is it just me? Or do other people have other experiences with them?

Hi all! We can confirm that the behavior you are encountering with this door furnishing is a bug and not intended. We have a fix for it going out with Update 50 launch in a couple weeks on June 8.

No, it's not just you. We can not walk through it, whether you have it open, or closed.

Whoever made the model, (it's a gorgeous piece) left a collision plane in place when it is open. I'm guessing it's on the animator. Can we get this fixed, team? Nit much of a door if you can't walk through them and I spent nearly a million on them.

This door is for sale this weekend in Coldharbour from the Luxury vendor, 100k gold.
I've bought a lot for my houses, and now I can't use them !

Does this mean you guys will try to fix it or was it just moved here to keep out of main forum? Seems like when things get moved here they tend to go by the wayside and never get fixed. If that's the case let us know so we can at least try to get this refunded. 100k g is a lot.

"Dawnwood Wall, Woven" has a similar problem that despite multiple bug reports has never been fixed, and that came out with West Weald furnishing plans.
