The tooltip clearly says "spell projectiles" but it reflects everything, even bow light attacks. Is this working as intended? If so, how is this remotely balanced?

Here's an example: 1H/S DK. If you attempt to melee them they root+bash your face in all while permanently blocking making them take almost no damage and making them immune to cc. The obvious counter to bash spam and a PBAOE root is to kite, but if you kite they pop reflect and there isn't a single ability from range that wont be reflected, not even light attacks.

4 second duration and high cost? Sure, that's true, but when you're at range what else do they need to use magicka on? A DK can just sit there and keep reflective scales up with their entire magicka pool as long as you're at range. If you get close, they have their whole stamina bar left for damage with bash/block.

Reflective scales is a 100% counter to the only counter to 1H/S bashing.

Solution to this? Make it only reflect magic based projectiles as the tooltip says. The skill would still be amazingly strong. You could also reduce the cost and make it reflect a single ability over 30s, similar to the 1H/S skill line reflect.

Something has to give though, a 100% counter to your role's only weakness is simply too strong.
