How do I actually get eso to use my egpu. i set the NVidia and windows preferred device to the egpu but eso keeps using the amd instead of the NVidia. I verified the gpu works if i disable the amd igpu slow , but works. eso settings doesn't allow selecting a display or a resolution when both the 5090 and amd igpu are active.

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭✭There's an issue with the way the code currently selects the GPU to use when there's more than one. According to a note from one of the devs, it prioritizes VRAM in choosing between integrated GPU and any other option. This may be the same reason why user settings between two non-integrated GPUs also happens. There's a way around this that you can use, although I permanent fix is pending (for U50 if I remember correctly?)

There was also a thread discussing how to edit the usersettings.txt file to enforce GPU selection although I can't find it right now (should be contemporary with the iGPU one above). IIRC in that case after editing the file, it had to be locked to prevent the system from over-writing the selection when the game was next launched?

Quethrosar✭✭✭✭Spent hours and almost returned this egpu lol. Saw the u49 problem and downloaded pts to make sure it was as fixed in u50 and it is.1
