ESO Night Market Event: Comprehensive Community Guide

This guide breaks down the essential "Need To Know" info and tactics for the Night Market event in The Elder Scrolls Online. And also gives advice for solo players on how to better survive the experience.
Overall Night Market Assessment After Many Hours Of Play:
The Night Market was not anywhere near as hard as I had first heard before getting a chance to play it, I was surprised how much I was able to solo. Now, this is not to say this will be everyone's experience and it's not to cast judgement on those who don't share that experience. BUT I am expressing this finding, to help convey the opposite of the extremes some did experience and have exclaimed quite loudly which has dissuaded some players from even trying. And also give people an idea of what "can be done" with maybe some build alterations or practice. :)
And when using the group finder, the zone becomes an extremely simple grind fest. Most random groups I have joined or formed have had minimal deaths and clear zones like they are nothing at a good pace. And most players have been extremely nice or don't even talk. We just kill, kill kill lol. Reminder, dying is not the end of the world. DO not let it frustrate you or ruin your time, just release and run back in 5-10 seconds and continue having fun. That's my primary advice to enjoy your Night Market Experience. The TRUE op advice, relax and have fun.

1. Grouping and Navigation
Group Finder:

PC: Press 'P' to open the group tab.
Consoles: Click the icon featuring three player silhouettes
Strategy: Navigate to the Group Finder and select 'Event Zone' to find parties farming bosses, puzzles, or skirmishes. If you don't find a group, create your own with a clear, descriptive title to attract others.
Guilds: Utilize your five guild slots to reach out for groups, as this is often faster than standard queues.
Factions: While you must pick a faction, you can group with players from any alliance or faction. The primary difference is the cosmetic dye color reward, shoulder and helm.
Group Size: A group of 6-12 at least is recommended for general efficiency, though skirmishes require coordinated, high-damage groups of 12 or more.

2. Earning Favor
Tracking:
Check your favor count and skirmish timers in the bottom-right of your UI, or press F5 (PC) / B (Xbox) / Circle (PlayStation) to toggle between scores and active bosses
Activities:
Daily Quests: Zone dailies grant 40 favor; the Starlet Plaza faction daily grants 75
Faction Story Quest: 150
Bosses: Killing bosses in districts grants 5-30 favor depending on the difficulty
5 for Brazen
15 for Argent
25 for Calamitous
30 for Gilded
Puzzles & Races: 10 favor
Favor Orbs: Groups of mobs have a chance to drop Favor Orbs (worth 5+ favor) upon defeat. These disappear after ~10 seconds, so loot them quickly. The faction in 2nd place will get 15, the faction in 3rd place will get 30 each. This is a catch up mechanic.
Relics: Use relics (Wind Slicer, Lantern, Grapple Gloves) to disperse rifts, traverse sand tornadoes, and free enshrouded treasure for bonus loot and 5 favor.

3. Dungeons, Keys & Trials
Splinters:
Consume every splinter you find to unlock relics and gain map access as well as the hidden loot in each zone. Purchase any missing splinters from your faction's vendor once you have enough favor.
4 Splinters from Brazen boss's per zone.
2 Splinters from Argent Boss's per zone
1 Splinter from clearing the Skirmish the 1st time per zone
Random chance for trash mobs to drop 1 splinter per zone
Buy 1 splinter per zone from your faction vendor once hitting 1,000 favor for a measly 1k gold.
1 Splinter from the quest Coffers. You "CAN" get them from the blue coffers from the various daily zone quests. But in my experience, this is likely to take you 3 days to complete as you get your 1 guaranteed splinter from the Gold Coffer from the Night Markets main daily quest. Such as killing 75 mobs.
Keys: Earn dungeon keys by defeating specific Argent bosses. Completing a dungeon consumes the key, but failure does not consume your key, this is the same for the trial.
Trial Access: Once all three zone dungeons are completed, you unlock the Opulent Trial for 12-player groups, this can also be run one time. After the final boss is dead, you will need to re-farm all Argent boss keys, clear the 3 dungeons and then run the Trial.

4. Advanced Solo Tactics
Aggro Management:
Practice keeping a moderate distance from enemy packs to avoid engagement. If you are chased, use jump pads to reset the aggro leash instantly.
You can also reset the mobs packs you aggro by distancing yourself about 18-20 meters. And you can practice your distances by throwing certain spells on the ground, and reading their tool-tip to know how large that spell was.
Invincibility Shield: When you release after death, you receive a temporary invincibility shield. This is a powerful tool for running through dangerous areas to reach specific quest objectives or resurrect allies safely.
Builds: If soloing, prioritize movement speed, stealth (Nightblade), or shield-heavy abilities like Volcanic Ward to increase survivability.

Solo Farming Bonus Tip: In Sorrow's Friend, you can sometimes find bright green glowing potions. Only available while the boss Argent Exarch Molonach is active. And they spawn within a radius around his boss area.
These potions allow you to effortlessly clear multiple mob packs per use, with zero risk. So pop an EXP potion or scroll and try to ride out the timer on as many potions as possible. You can also earn some favor orbs this way solo, if you cannot usually do so with your player build.

Hope this helps someone. Let me know what your experience has been like, what surprised you? Do you have advice to add?
GL HF!

    No problem! <3

Yeah there are some decent loops you can get into as well between races and puzzles and their cooldowns.
