night market instability: frequent freeze, can't cast, enemies not seeing

On PC-EU. Happened again, almost everyday, random. No problem outside of night market. Only happens in groups.
All sort of weird symptoms: enemies standing without seeing me, can't cast any ability, both in disabled and enabled state, sometimes disconnects after seconds, sometimes it's just left me in this state. And now barely moving (but movable). no debuff.
Instability aside, boss attacks seem weird too - doesn't respect block or CC immunity. I can't even tell if it's by design.
I don't see anyone else complaining. Is it just me??

No it's happening to me on XBox server and the PC server both. It's almost like lag but it's different you can't even heavy attack you can't even light attack can't use any skills I have been able to use my heals a couple of the times but try to attack one of the monsters forget it and it'll last for like 30 or 40 seconds
Then it's gone. May happen once or twice a play session or just once I checked my internet connection and my ping and everything looks real good on the PC I can't check my internet connection on my Xbox without exiting the game but I have done that and the internet was just fine.
Happened to me first on Xbox so I just figured that it was Xbox bogging down as usual but I have a really decent PC and it did the same thing on PC so go figure1
