Will emperor be added to vengeance? Will there be a point to the achievement?

I've looked for any discussion about the fate of the emperor in pvp. I understand that it hasn't been implemented in vengeance, which may be moot given the random group-based chaos in that campaign. The casual player will never see the achievement in Gray Host. I think this point may have been overlooked (based on the lack of discussion in the forums). Or am I missing something?

Lucasl402✭✭✭✭✭For vengeance they should change the Emperor title to "Zerglord".
Giving a new title might even be an incentive for more to play the failed game mode for some.
