Did not receive ESO Plus benefits

I'm glad you guys found the problem and hope it has been completely resolved so the issue doesn't happen again. But one thing it doesn't solve is the money we paid for the time we lost on ESO+ benefits. Is there going to be any compensation for the players that lost time? Or are the customers gonna just eat the mistake?

Appreciate you updating us on the issue.

Hi @Bobby_Digital81! This is something we are discussing with Sony. We'll follow up here when we have an update on that front.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Sounds good. Appreciate the reply.

So I got my ESO plus benefits back in game finally, but I noticed I was also credited the crowns, tome tokens, and tome caches for my three month purchase. Problem is, I had already been credited for that last month when I opened a ticket previously after I first purchased the subscription before the issue of lost benefits came up. Surely that must have been an error? I don't want to spend or purchase any more crowns before I get word of what's going on with that. Don't wanna risk getting in trouble for spending stuff that wasn't mine.

I wouldn't have said anything, lol. But joking aside, if it was me, I would submit a ticket if you don't already have one that pertains to the ESO+ missing perks that you experienced. But yeah, better safe than sorry making sure your account doesn't get penalized for getting extra stuff.

Yeah, I've had a ticket open about the missing perks since like April 10th, sent a response there about the excess currency being added but haven't heard back yet so figured I'd mention it here in case any ZoS folks were still watching. I'll probably just leave it all be until I hear something back, hopefully won't take too long lol.

@SkullXMeat Can I have your ticket number? I can check up on your ticket for you.

So looks like no compensation for weeks/months of delay on our subscription purchases? Thats pretty discouraging. @ZOS_GinaBruno

Was hoping to hear back about what was going to be done for the people that were affected with losing their ESO+ benefits for days/weeks by now. Maybe another week or two is needed before we get some sort of compensation? @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

That would have been great too, lol! But please keep us in the loop about this and if there is any closer resolve for the issue. And it would be great to know what you guys are planning to do on the missed time for the subscriptions that people paid.

Will do. And we'll make sure folks get what was paid for. (Also just confirming your ticket is also in the right place.)

So saying "folks will get what they paid for" was a lie? @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

It's been a month now since you guys found out the issue with players on PSN not getting their paid ESO+ subscriptions. Now that is past us, I hope we are nearing to getting compensation for the mistake. An update on this would be great and let's us know that you haven't forgotten about it and plan on compensating the players that were affected. Can we get some sort of response to know where we stand? Thank you. @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin

That's weird. This issue just hit me, and I'm a steam player.
    I care what you think.

@xencthlu that's disappointing. We were told, "Earlier this year, there was a change on the PlayStation side in how memberships are handled behind the scenes on PlayStation Network. While the initial issue related to this change was addressed for many players who were affected in early April, we discovered that a smaller group of players continued to experience problems." So it's weird now hearing that PC could possibly be having this same issue now. But ultimately, it's ZOS that is responsible for it.

I don't know how refunds work on PC, but if you are in the timeframe to getting a refund, I would suggest requesting one by submitting a ticket. It's been over a month now and no word on getting a compensation for the players that went without benefits. I went 15+ days on a 1 month subscription without benefits. I know it isn't a lot to most people, but it's the principle.

Hope you get your subscription benefits back quickly or get some resolution to your problem.
