I like the Night's Den more. Love the house and it's special features. I haven't really bothered with my Elsewyr house.
The house also excited me enough to do my very first ESO trial in 6 years for that 150 favor. Ezabi is not happy this vault isn't open yet.
A friend of mine just reminded me this isn't the first time I've heard single rooms called 'wings' of a house and maybe it's technically the correct term for bits poking out the sides, no matter how small?
Years ago we both worked for a charity that provided free advice and services to home owners and to keep it managable we limited the size of properties that qualified. One day this guy came in and almost got himself disqualified because he kept talking about the "wings" on his house - how most the problems were in the east wing but it meant moving his wife's craft supplies to the west wing and that was inconvenient because that's where he works etc.
Fortunately for him I thought it sounded like overkill to move all this stuff to the far end of what I imagined as a pretty big property so I asked more about the layout and found out the "east wing" is a standard conservatory attached to the living room and the "west wing" is an office/utility room between the kitchen and the garage. It was a normal 3-bed detached house, being described in terms that made it sound far bigger than it actually was.

This is so awesome to hear! I'm so curious. Did you enjoy it? Would you do other trials?
As for the house, I think it's cool and furnished well. It's different for sure and will have guild bank access I hear. Definitely a must have.
You know what's more fun? You can close the door to the opened "wings", unlike the wings in the Lunar house.

You can add furnishings to the vault and it appears in the dialogue image where you admire your riches. I've added some of the Redguard urns to it (because why not) and might consider buying the dragon's treasure horde to add as well.

really? khajiit had no idea! how delightful! <prepares to overdo it>

The wings of the house may look empty and uninspired, but it gives you a lot of creative space to work with. Here's some WIP on what I'm doing to the glittering goad section. I got 4 identically sized rooms that can be anything I would want them to be. They also have windows which were cheap to obtain and match the style of the house.

While in the Hall of the Lunar Champion I found immense spaces beyond the walls, here I found three small, windowless rooms, two of which are hideous, in complete disrepair. I understand they're meant to reflect the spirit of the three factions, but I don't like them. And they're so cramped that it'll be difficult to sweep the trash under the rug...
Literally one of the best houses in the game. It’s got a bank that allows guild bank access. It’s got fast access to a wayshrine. It came furnished. I’ve already moved in!
PS- it has a banner control option that allows you to automatically fly the banners of your faction! I’m not sure how this house could be any better!

Well the Hall of the Lunar Champion is certainly not a traditional house.

The hall of the lunar champion does in fact contain an actual Khajiit style house,

You mention fast access to a wayshrine, but now I wonder--what happens to that fast access when the Night Market is closed? Will we still be able to enter and exit this house through the front door, or does it become an icon on the map that we can only teleport directly to and from?
The answer to that question might actually determine if I make it my primary home.
