✭1. Keys are account-wide.
2. Relics are account-wide.
3. According to the screenshot, you can run the Skittering dungeon with any character you want at the moment. If you have the related relic, of course.
4. Once you succeed in the Scittering dungeon, you can run the trial with any of your characters because you have all 3 golden keys.
5. In order to run the Parch dungeon again, for example, you need to kill both ardent bosses in the Parch so you'll have a silver key from each.
6. Keys are withdrawn from you each time you successfully finish the content (2 silver for a dungeon, 3 golden for a trial).
