[Housing / Night Market] Night Market Merchants inaccessible when NM closes - cannot buy furnishings

I just checked on the PTS where the Night Market is currently closed: The Night Market Plaza is completely inaccessible.

I tried to access it via the Night's Den house, only to be ported out to The Shambles. I thought surely only the instanced wings (combat areas) would be closed and quest-givers gone, but the central plaza and merchants would remain accessible – so that we can buy Night Market Achievement furniture.

Please leave the Night Market Plaza open, or at least allow us to buy the items from a merchant elsewhere!

P.S.
While a lot of the items are indeed tradable and might be found via Guild stores afterwards, several are bound with no other way to obtain them (AFAIK).

UPDATE, and to clarify, on U50 PTS:

if you exit the house using the door, you go to that portal area in The Shambles (where Khajiit is standing in the screenshots)
if you don't have Fargrave, I have no clue. (EDIT: Tried to test on my alt account that doesn't have ESO Plus, but for some reason it's allowed to access Plus-only content Fargrave on U50 PTS right now. (On some past PTS, I was not able to do Plus-only stuff like access DLC areas or build with max slots in Housing. Idk if this is new going forward, or temporary.))

i wish at least the Starlit Plaza stayed open.
Or maybe move the faction merchant to Fargeave or Coldharbour.

Yeah. If not open, CH like the Antiquities would be fine, since not everyone has Fargrave

Btw, if you try to travel to outside the house, I thought it would port you to that portal in the Shambles as in the screenshot – which would leave the question of what happens for people who don't have Fargrave.

The benefit of the Starlit Plaza remaining open, beyond access to the merchants and their furnishings, is that I think it could be a really wonderful place to do writs, never mind the roleplay potential. And I'm sure a lot of us would revel in the idea of hanging out with all the critters and Daedra and minotaurs that are walking around.

While I very much agree with the Starlit Plaza remaining open for this. (I started a petition thread to add daily pickup and turnin for crafting before I found this thread, thank you for the tag @MoonPile ) Having the Night Market merchants behave similar to the the Golden, or the Lux Vendor when the Night Market was closed, would also be awesome.

It seems like the whole area is one instance, so I don’t know if it would be possible for them to only have Starlit Plaza accessible.
