From left to right I need it on the right

Just upgraded to a new gaming PC and downloaded Steam and ESO and the PC and steam together took care of everything, even automatically downloaded all my add-ons and everything. Very nice.
But the problem is when I logged into ESO and I play the game all my damage numbers and healing numbers are on the left side of the screen when previously for the past 10 plus years they've been on the right side of the screen. I Googled it but I can't seem to find an answer or the settings they say are there or not there so can someone please tell me how to fix this in game to where all my damage and healing shows up on the right side of my character please it's driving me crazy.
PS I use a controller but I also tried it with keyboard and it does the same thing
