I got my Windglass Memento and got a little congratulatory message from the Ruckus. Problem is I joined the Thousand Eyes. While it's nice of them to congratulate one of their rivals I'm pretty sure this is a bug.

✭✭✭✭✭Its not a bug, its from the achievement. I think you’re meant to unlock the wing of the house themed after that faction using that relic and put those furnishings in there.
