Night Market - Chests and Sacks "Enshrouded in Spider Webs"

In Skittering district, I have run into some chests and heavy sacks that I cannot open. When trying to interact, I get a message that it is "enshrouded in spider webs".

Web searches led me to believe I needed the "Egg of Arak". I have that relic (and can now grapple), but still cannot interact with the web-enshrouded chests and sacks.

What achievement or relic is needed to interact with these?

Position yourself so that the web-enshrouded chest or sack is directly between you and a grapple point. When you use the Egg to zip to that point, your character will fly right through the webs, clearing them away. Once the webs are gone, you can interact with the chest/sack normally. It’s basically a 'drive-by' clearing!
