I’m so angry with The Elder Scrolls Online right now, you have no idea.
Can anyone please tell me where I can pick up these quests:
I only need the Coffer Lamp Splinter so I can do the last dungeon and move on to Trial.
I mainly play ESO for dungeons and Trials, and this is exactly what ZoS is making difficult, just playing the game.
So please, for the love of God, before I lose my mind… where can I pick up these quests?!?
Can anyone please tell me where I can pick up these quests:
- Blunt Steel
- Dark and Empty Spaces
I only need the Coffer Lamp Splinter so I can do the last dungeon and move on to Trial.
I mainly play ESO for dungeons and Trials, and this is exactly what ZoS is making difficult, just playing the game.
So please, for the love of God, before I lose my mind… where can I pick up these quests?!?

✭✭✭✭✭Grab the daily quest for killing a bunch of enemies that’s in the Plaza. Complete the quest then open the gold box tomorrow. Exploits suck. Don't blame just the game, blame the players abusing them!
-Playing since July 2013, back when we had a killspam channel in Cyrodiil and the lands of Tamriel were roamed by dinosaurs.

You don’t need to know the location for those quests, because you can only get the shard to drop from gold coffers. Gold coffers are the rewards for your faction’s daily quest and the Blood on the Sands quest from the one-eyed Khajiit. The daily quests in the three Night Market zones give you the following rewards: gold, one piece of overland gear (such as Briarheart, etc.), and 40 favor. The main reason to do those is to farm favor.
As someone mentioned, they are going to do a hot fix to improve the drop rates for the golden coffers.2 -

All of this is outside the districts, correct? And the dailies you’re talking about are inside the districts, right?

Fragment have chance to drop from blue quality boxes too
Today I was helping some friends, and we completed about 20 daily quests and they received almost all of their fragments from blue-quality boxes.
But yes, golden daily boxes have hight chanse to get fragment

✭There’s literally arrows that appear on your map and in game on the compass and above the npcs heads that point you to daily quests for the night market as well as every other area in the game.

Assuming you mean where do you pick up the daily quest to kill enemies, in the Starlit Plaza is a Khajiit with a blue quest marker who will ask you to kill as many enemies as you can. My quest description says I need to kill 25 enemies, but he says that the more enemies you kill, the more he'll reward you, so I don't know if killing 25 will advance the counter to "the next level" (sort of like the repeatable quests for the Thieves Guild or Tales of Tribute where we can do one thing for one reward level, two things for a higher reward level, or three things for the highest reward level), or whether he just means killing 25 enemies each day for day after day-- but I'm guessing it's the latter.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

Okay, so I guess it's a "three levels" thing after all? In that case, I'm guessing 25 kills give a level 1 reward coffer, 50 kills give a level 2 reward coffer, and 75 kills give a level 3 reward coffer? Thank you!

I've heard a few people say this but I don't think it's accurate. You get a gold coffer the first time you hand in this quest on each day even if you only killed 25 enemies. I did this a couple of days ago, killed 25 enemies and got a gold coffer, then on another character I picked up the quest and completed it (including killing 75 enemies phase) and only got a blue coffer. I think people are killing 75 enemies and assuming the gold coffer if for 75 enemies when it's actually just their first completion of the quest that day.1
