I'm wondering if it's instead linked to our account history, such as outright buying expansions that are currently in ESO plus (or the 2025 content pass) and something caused the system to go a bit hinky and apply it all in the wrong order so technically our ESO plus got overwritten by our previous expansion licences. Just a thought.

Instead of going through the PlayStation Store, we accessed ESO+ directly in-game through the Crown Store banner. Before completing the purchase, it showed a renewal agreement that extended my existing subscription by a month. After confirming it and returning to the game, my benefits were restored immediately and I received my crowns.
In my case, I lost access because I purchased another subscription too early, while a friend of mine lost theirs due to an automatic renewal. This method worked for both of us, though it still feels like a bit of a gamble given how little information there is about the issue.
I haven’t heard back about my support ticket since it was escalated, but I did reply to it with this information and my proof of a second purchase since I did miss several days of benefits. I’m also not thrilled that I had to spend more money to fix the issue. However, I didn’t want to go into the Night Market event without my benefits, so you could say I was desperate.

Your tickets are also in the correct place and awaiting a resolution
Just a reminder, the issue is still under investigation, and you will receive a response just as soon as we have word on a solution/ official wording for everyone.
