Does anyone have details on exactly how to request refund of Tome Caches? Web page points you to having to choose what type of issue it is....so what do you select? In Game, Account, Billing? Anyone have any idea???
They have not answered this question specifically, but they have recommended this for the closest thing to, where people did not get their caches:
In-game support > [platform] > I have an item issue
This category fits both issues, as caches are in-game items.
The in-game categories are different, but the CMs made it clear that Support can get tickets where they need to go once they’re filed. The important part seems to be that you file a help ticket (not a bug report!) by the deadline.
