It's some of the hardest stuff I've ever seen and I've done vet HM dungeons, sooo yeah.
They did claim they will make it a little easier, but really stressed that they want to enforce grouping so I don't expect major difference.

They said the same thing 12 years ago when they introduced Craglorn, and that did not turn out well at all. So much so that they had to greatly decrease the difficulty.
Forcing grouping on players does not make them suddenly discover that they like grouping or very difficult content. It is not an encouragement but rather a deterrant. I can't believe they are actually repeating something that failed so badly before.
