Dragon mount and other ideas

Maybe I missed one while gone. But can we please get a mount that is a dragon. Doesn't need to fly but would be sick to have one that walks on its wing span. I don't care if it is a 2-4 person mount that I have to pay $200 for as long as its a dragon and looks sick.

Would also be cool to get mounts like:
-Haj Mota/Chudan
-Snakes
-Sleighs/etc. tugged by like rabbits or wolves
-carpets

Etc.

    they look dragony...

you can also look into the welwas or these
    https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Mounts/Welwas
    or the scale born mounts
    https://en.uesp.net/wiki/File:ON-mount-Scaleborn_Senche-Raht.jpg

dragons might be difficult lore or size or movement wise... maybe a welwa or guar that looks dragony?

At best it'll be an illusory dragon. The real ones are way too big and would absolutely never be a taxi service for some random adventurer. Maybe they could reintroduce the dragonlings from Daggerfall.

I would be fine with an illusion.

I think it would actually be funny, if the illusion 'failed' occasionally (like every five minutes, not flickering on and off' and you saw the horse underneath.

Or they could have an adept illusory dragon and a novice's illusory dragon. The novice one occasionally fails, while the adept one never does (so it always looks like a dragon, though perhaps to show that it was an illusion, when it is first summoned, you see the real creature beneath then the illusion kicks in)

I mean ESO already has brought in countless creatures that were never in the lore before. Why can't they bring in dragon horses? Horses that look like dragons but do not have their intelligence.

No because there are already enough ridicolous not-TESO lore friendly sparkling animated mounts imported straight from other MMOs eroding the identity of the game. Riding bears, spiders, kagutis, gryphons and most of other things was not a thing in canon TESO. And Dragons in TESO are not riding service.

We are already well beyond a game that is "canon" to TES. We have mounts with glowly extendable swords, made up daedric princes, and so much more. At this point request your wildest dreams and have fun.

As I said I don't agree with the rest, nor will I request or agree with such suggestions. Tired of these overly bright, fluffy, exploding, sword wielding, stupid noise making mounts.

    Gryphons first :).

I think what they could do is scale up the non-combat pet model (bone dragon for the dragon, any of the gryphons for the gryphon. Could just use the existing gryphons in Cloudrest and shrink them down too, I guess). Thing is, the dragon would never be properly dragon sized, nor would it be an actual dragon.

Oh that's not a dragon you say? A daedric Titan is Molag Bal's version of a dragon. That should be as close to riding a dragon as we, the Vestige, need to be. We are not Dragonborn, and should not get to ride dragons outside of a cutscene to be quite honest.

Lore-based exclusions are kind of lame. It's also unknown if there are any Dragonborn in ESO at this time.

Idk how I feel about those mounts tbh or a dragon being made into a mount in general. Technically, alduin and akatosh mounts as a Nord dk fan especially should be right up my alley but my lore nerd side also twitches when I see Alduin the World Eater, aspect of the Time Dragon himself reduced to a crown crate cosmetic lol.

I want dragon related mounts for certain, more stuff like the dragon knight black fire wolf guy from atmora, etc. Also I am not a fan of metal construct mounts or atronach esque ones, etc.

    I am picky lol.
Zos then: Vengeance is just a test bro

Zos now: Do you want Vengeance permanent or permanent...

It is known that theres no Dragonborn bc there's no leader on the Ruby throne. Tiber Septim will become that leader, uniting the provinces and founded the 3rd era. But until then, there's no Dragonborn in the 2nd era right now.

Well, they already added a HUGE 'war elephant' so why not an actual dragon?!? Honestly, I think the war elephant is a bit too much, and when you are following one, you cannot see ANYTHING but the elephant in front of you.

A dragon mount would be and should be the pinnacle of any mount available in game.

Therefore to obtain it one must be willing to pay or have paid $10,000 USD or equal value in the crown shop.

Or CP 3600, and have all in game achievements.

    Let's make it happen ZOS

CP3003+ 10,500 hrs spent in BGs. US PS5 - 12 PVP Tanks - toons named variations of "Combat Medic" I like long walks on the beach. What's PVE? https://www.youtube.com/brakkish

    Fantastic idea! :)

Perhaps 10,000 USD or ALL in game achievements are a bit much to ask for, but how about completing all of the following conditions to be allowed to "buy" a dragon:

    1. 3.600 CP
    and
    2. PvP level 50
    and
    3. Being emperor/empress at least once
    and
    4. Having completed all achievements in all four arenas and the IA
    and
    5. Having completed all tri-fectas in all dungeons and all trials

And now we come to the "price" for the dragon itself:

    A] 10.000.000 gold
    and
    B] 10.000.000 alliance points
    and
    C] 10.000.000 tel-var stones

That would be really quite some effort and still more achievable than ALL in game achievements.

Would be very interesting to know how many players would be able to get a dragon right know, already fulfilling all of these conditions and being able to pay the price!? 😉

    I bet there are a few!
