For those of you who have tried the new combat difficulty, has the new difficulty changed how you approach content? I'm a console player, but I'm very curious if the challenge has motivated you to use more defensive spells or anything out of your normal skills?

I made a new character and set it to Vestige difficulty. You definitely have to think more defensively and have potions or healing. The ranged are what are going to one-shot you. Casters do a ton of damage. The mini goblin boss in Stros M'kai was light attacking for 20k, and if you were hit by the aoe, it was a one-shot. It felt like it turned it into more of a "no hit" challenge, than more difficult overall fights.

That being said, on a geared character - with the state of power creep currently - I don't think people will have a lot of trouble. If you're someone with a build that does 140k-220k, then no challenge. If you have something between 70k-100k, then it will still be a challenge.
