It's been nearly a week since I've lost access to my ESO plus, which has been paid for and says it should be active until July 8th. On March 27th I paid $42 for a three month subscription of ESO plus, it was active until Friday April 10th around 9 pm central time.
I logged in and noticed it was no longer active for whatever reason, so I closed the game and checked my psn account to ensure I still had ESO plus active. I did. I opened ESO again and still had no plus.
I tried restarting my entire PS5, still no ESO plus. I tried manually logging out of my PSN account and back in, still no ESO plus. I tried restoring licenses, nothing. I even tried swapping from PS NA to PS EU and back to see if that would help somehow, it didn't.
I sent a support ticket in already regarding the missing ESO plus and only received the basic list of options I've already tried with no success, and a note telling me to contact PlayStation support. When I tried contacting PS support, it says I need to contact the company involved with the subscription I'm having issues with.
I had responded to the support email regarding my missing plus with a long message explaining my situation and have yet to hear back after three whole days. I'm patient, but my patience is getting thinner by the day when I have no access to a service I have already paid for and have been paying for for years now.
Could someone please tell me why I don't have access to ESO plus and when I'll see my subscription properly reinstated to my account which still says it should already be active?
