I submitted a ticket 4 days ago regarding my ESO Plus membership. I purchased a 12 month membership through PS5 and did not get the crowns or any of the benefits. I submitted a ticket for access to the forums and in less than 24 hours I got access to the forums but my inquiry regarding my membership hasn't been addressed.

    Ive seen this a few times by several different people, hopefully @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_JessicaFolsom sees it and addresses it soon.

    If you have a ticket number; that will help them too

    I only paid for a month of ESO+ for the Anniversary Jubilee event and still never got my benefits like the Craft Bag. Been out with ESO+ since 4/10/26 and says my ESO+ is good until 5/10/26. Been taking screenshots of everything in case ZOS comes up with different figures and dates.

    I did have ESO+ back since 3/9/26 for the other event, Jester's Festival and re-upped because the Jubilee would last several days past my March sub, so I need the Craft Bag because doing daily crafting writs on 20 toons is difficult to manage.

    I would have thought I would hear back within 3-4 days. But looks like there is a lot of issues they are having with players accounts on PlayStation. But would be nice if they would be vocal and communicate what is going on since there has been delays with it, instead we are left in limbo.

    @Lydawobbles Yea I have a ticket number at least, been checking it every day. If they ask for it and it hasn't been resolved yet, I'll post it for them.

    @Bobby_Digital81 Someone from one of my guilds told me it's an issue they have been having since the drop of Season 0. I didn't know anything about it until it happened to me.

    @Muroga Yeah, it sucks what is going on, but would be nice if they addressed it on the forums to let us know how much longer it might take to get resolved. Doesn't look good on them to let a big issue like this to have been going on for about 2 weeks and still no resolution. Hope we get some compensation. Paying for something and not get what you paid for for what was advertised is bad business.

    Same here. Logged in this morning to find ESO plus membership is not active (paid on the 03/04. Logged a ticket but from what I see here guess I won't be playing ESO for a while.

    I'd like to know what's going on - I've been subbing for over 8 years and have never had a problem with the sub until now. It's a lot of cash to hand over and the fact that it looks like it'll take a while to fix doesn't sit well with me.

    It seems like a widespread issue for PS, but like many, I didn't know there was an issue until I logged in and found there was a problem - some acknowledgement that there is a widespread issue would help - instead of leaving players wondering what is going on.

    i also bought 12 months subscription 3 days ago, and still no crowns received, that's not a bug, thats paying more then 100 euros and dont get anything ...

    If you buy trough Steam you can use steam platform to ask for a refound.

    Errors are inevitable but the lack of response is strange. ZOS support is usually quite fast even tough they tend to waste the first answer with precompiled material.

    I think most if not all of us not getting our ESO+ benefits are on PlayStation. And I already contacted Sony's Customer Support and this is what they told me,
    "Thank you for contacting PlayStation Consumer Services.

    If you haven't received your ESO Plus benefits (crafting bag, crowns, or DLC access) after purchasing, you likely need to fully log out and back in to refresh your account, or wait for a 24-72 hour delay common with console purchases. If it's still missing, you must submit a support ticket via the ESO Help Portal."

    So now we are waiting on ZOS to fix the problem. It will be 3 weeks for some of us tomorrow, that paid for ESO+ and haven't gotten the benefits.

    @Muriel_La_Strega I was thinking of the same thing. Make sure you don't do a chargeback with your bank, because I've heard that people have gotten their account banned for it. But if you go through ZOS/Bethesda's system to get a refund you should be alright. That's what I was planning to do as well.

    If there is no response from ZOS this week about them not giving us ESO+ benefits with our ESO+ subscription, then I'll be looking for a refund. Pretty sad they haven't addressed the issue yet. Doesn't make them look good either.

    I really don't want to come across as one of those people who thinks that every issue they have should be resolved immediately. I've been around the software industry for long enough to know there's no magic wand. Sometimes issues are complex, support teams are busy etc. etc.

    But what shocks me is that the one thing that should always result in a customer issue going to the top of the priority list? Paying for something and not getting the thing they have paid for. The fact that there are people who have now been waiting three weeks for benefits they have already paid for without any sort of update is ridiculous.

    I don't know if it's a communication issue, their internal support system not having (or not properly setting) a priority mechanism, a lack of support staff, or simply a disregard for their customers (I am really hoping it's not the last one - I've always believed that ZOS do care about their players - at least to some extent), but something seems to be falling through the cracks on this one.

    For myself, suddenly finding that a membership I have had no issue with for the last decade or so has suddenly vanished just when I had time to myself to sit down and play (like many I have a job, household to run etc, so my 'gaming' time is precious to me) felt like a kick in the teeth.

    Having this same issue, PCNA. I purchased 12 months of ESO+ through Steam on April 13, 2026. I have a one month code of ESO+ that I won on a Twitch giveaway that is showing as paused on the website. Made a ticket through Support after a few days because I did not receive any crowns. Got the 19,800 crowns assigned by an agent after six days passed on the 19th, but no tome caches, and no premium tokens, and no free premium+ token. I should clarify that the craft bag and every other ESO+ perk is working as normal.
