Randomly getting black screen flickers for two seconds

Ever since update 49 launched I randomly get black screen flickering for 2 seconds it doesnt matter what I am doing it or instance it just happens randomly. Does anyone know how to solve it or if ZOS is working on fixing it since everything is working fine on my side and updated and no othr game is having this issue.
The Argonians shall rise and the CHEESE will be endless.

maxxgrey✭✭Why are we having to pay full ESO membership when this is happening to me and my wife constantly. During march of sacrificed her screen was flickering non stop - she has to log out and log back in multiple times lose of control of character etc. If they know it's an issue why are the charging us full membership price when it's ruining our game. This has to stop, we pay to play - they say that t will be fixed. BUT WHEN? We are paying membership now and it impossible to play properly. Sort it out or stop charging us.
