Increase Coldfire siege weapons damage

I think it's time to increase the damage of these Cyrodiil weapons, over time you guys have increased the level of builds so much that people can just stand in a coldfire siege and it does little to no damage.

ToddIngram✭✭✭✭✭They should also revert the time it takes them to fire back to what it was originally. They're way too slow now. This might be a better change than increasing the damage.1
