Its also very expensive

the tables are 1500 each (6000 for all 4 tables)
and there are i think 88 crafted sets in the game right now, each crafted set is 1000 vouchers (250 vouchers per attuned table x 4)
so counting all of the vouchers you need 88,000 vouchers in attuned tables and 6000 for the grandmaster tables themselves
this can all be done without spending gold, it just takes more time
i was slowly working on filling grandmaster tables over the course of about a year and half, the last few months i decided to just use gold to buy more tables, as i had more than enough to fund that (at the time, the going rate i was paying for attuned tables was around 150,000 gold each +/- 10,000)
the only writs that usually eat expensive mats are jewelry ones, mainly because of the trait materials, most all other writs dont require any fancy materials (if you have been regularly doing daily writs for years then you should have more than enough gold upgrade mats and most of the style materials available)
its certainly not impossible to fill it by yourself with minimal expense, but its certainly going to take longer than if you were working with a guild for donations (namely of the attuned tables themselves)

once you have the "blank" attuned table, you have to take it to a set crafting station in the overland (the normal location for the set) and you "use" the blank attuned table
it will do a little animation and replace the "blank" attuned table with one specific for the set you were at (this action also binds the table to your acct)
once you have the table attuned to a set, you go back to your grandmaster table and when interacting with that there is an option in the bottom left of the crafting window to "add set", and it will list all valid attuned tables in your inventory
you select the table and hit OK (as this action will consume the attuned table), and it will unlock the set for use in the grandmaster table
