Wayshrine Navigation scrolls misleading or bug?

I just used a wayshrine navigation scroll and it seems that the description (at least on PS5) is misleading. It says that it will unlock all wayshrines across Tamriel, but it actually only unlocks all wayshrines in the current zone. Or is there a bug on playstation and it works as mentioned in the description on other platforms.

The description needs updating. On PC it also only does the current zone. If I had known that I would've just used my first one on Coldharbour like the rest.

Interesting. If it's only one zone they are not worth it. I hope somone will answer this.

The scroll unlocks the wayshines iin the zone where you use it, not the entire map.
Thie scroll's current description is misleading.

They've always been working like that (I had a few months ago when testing the extra golden endeavour for returning players on the server I usually don't use). So, no, most likely not a bug in function.

They went with an esoteric RP text on this, so you kind of have to know what it does before you use it, which isn't great.

The wording could be tweaked, or they could just slap on exactly what it does at the end.

They wouldn't be offering multiples of this if it were meant to unlock all of them. Perhaps it's my longevity with the game, but I understood right away that it would only be for the zone you used it. I still have a couple left in my inventory because there are only a couple of zones (Coldharbour for one) that is a pain to unlock all the wayshrines.

Thanks for the warning that these only work in one zone. I haven't actually purchased that reward but was considering it for alts. If they only open one zone, though, it's not worth it (unless I end up swimming in tome points by the end of the season).

I think what they were trying to say is that each scroll may be used anywhere in Tamriel to unlock the current zone. i.e they are not pre-set to a specific zone when you get them.
