let us change the colour of the nameplate, pls

I don’t think this is very difficult, and I would REALLY like to be able to change the color of those floating bars/names above NPCs’ heads (the nameplates one). I actually like those bars and sometimes keep them enabled in certain content, but I’d REALLY like to set them to a more neutral color, like white. Is it possible to add an in-game setting for this?
