Craftable Tier 5 Cultural Weapons And Armor Soon?

I heard that by 2027 Zeni will possibly create a new DLC for ESO that takes place in another region of Skyrim or Solstheim, and I was wondering if the devs had any intent on giving players the ability to finally craft their own Tier 5 cultural weapons and armor. I play an Imperial male and I mix him us with Imperial Heavy Tier 3, Tier 4, and House Hexos weaponry, but I would love to use Imperial Tier 5 gear without having to sacrifice my build. I'm aware that you can get Tier 5 gear through the Dragonstar Arena, but that isn't quite the same story. All that does is give you a set called "Master's." I'm just hoping Zeni will address this sometime soon because I'm sure a few of us could use even slight character makeovers.

There are a number of outfit styles like the Tier 5s, the Asylum weapons, the contraband clothing, and some unique overland sets like Briarheart and Red Mountain that use unique styles. You also have the issues of the locked Class styles as well. It would be nice if they made it into the outfit system.

I believe @LunaFlora is compiling a list thereof.
(Now to hope that ZOS actually makes them available though)

Weren't a lot of the tier 5 items used in the ancient/ancestral motifs?

Sort of but not really.

There is a whole thread about how Hexos is insufficient to make up for Imperial (it changes a dye channel so gilded accents on the armor are no longer possible), but even still it isn’t precisely the same. We also only have half of the racial styles with an ancestral version in the first place.
