Cyrodiil map lag?

What has happened with the Cyrodiil map reporting recently.
From outside of Cyro you can check map and your alliance will have 7 keeps and 2 towns. You port in and nothing is owned and there's no way they were taken because there's no pop on any factions.
Also, you capture or protect a town and it can take a long time for connection to activate. Sometimes as well you see the town is being attacked according to the map but there's no enemy anywhere near or in the town.

Oh my bad you are right, you can see your home campaign keep status from everywhere, I never saw that before.
