IIRC there is usually a Crown Sale during Anniversary, is that not the plan this year or is it maybe delayed due to Tome release date?

    This is what I'm wondering as well. I've read that sometimes in the past, the Crown Sale didn't start until a few days after the Anniversary Event started. So I'm hoping someone has some news on this.

    Perhaps they are trying to push people to buy premium Tomes versus Crowns?

    It will start the 9th or 16th of April.
    It's never on the 1st week for Anniversary Jubilee event.
    Aldmeri Dominion (PC EU via Steam)

    The cowardly Wood Elves are best noted for their unwillingness to engage in a face-to-face attack; a Bosmer will strike at you from every side except the front. You won't cross swords with a Bosmer, but you might catch an arrow in the throat. Be wary in forests and jungles, and watch your back.

    I cannot see it on the 16th, as that would be AFTER the Anniversary Event... and typically the Crown Sale is done in celebration of the Anniversary.

    Oops, you're right. I omitted that Event was one week longer in the last two previous years.

    So, it should start on the 7th (weekly Tuesday reset) or 9th (weekend deal).

    Yeah im not sure that these two audiences are the same. Or, I would say, someone who is buying Premium+ isnt going to NOT buy crowns. I was ready to drop several $100 on crowns this sale, but I def wont buy them off sale.

    I bought premium+ and would buy crowns when on sale as well, I always have for over 10 years now.

    It will be an adjustment for sure, too often I make up for the shortcomings of the game with 'the acquisition of bling'.

    Not sure how the 'post crown' game experience will be once it has to stand on its own merits when it comes to getting those dopamine releases.

    I can understand if they aren't doing the sale, but I can't undersatnd why they won't say whether they are or not. That makes no sense and doesn't seem to be in line with their new transparent communication push.

    I want to remember that crown sales historically have appeared in the PS store well before they were available on other platforms.

    for future reference, Crown Pack sales last year were in:

    APRIL 2025: Mon 04-14-25 till Mon 04-21-25
    AUGUST 2025: Tue 08-05-05 till Tue 08-12-25
    DECEMBER 2025 & JANUARY 2026: Thu 12-15-25 till Tue 01-06-26

    I think the current sale went live on 04-15-26. The cycle has been roughly the same for several years now.

    I was hoping after todays update I would come back to a crown sale. Are they deciding to do away with it all together?
