Loading Profile Failed, anyone else currently with this issue?

Update: it’s working now with no word from PSN of any issues. But the issue did seem to be PSN side and not ESO side even though PSN showed working status. Gah technology at times is the worst best thing.
So I’m on PS5, have active PS+ and ESO+ subs. I’m getting though upon trying to login
“Loading Profile Failed. The selected account for PlayStation Network does not have realtime multiplayer privileges. Please select another account or update your permissions”
Again, I have the credentials to login and am currently logged into PSN. My husband is on ESO no problem atm. Is there something happening currently preventing some people from logging in? PSN shows alls services are up, I’ve shut down my console and retried and nothing. Any help would be appreciated if anyone else is aware of any issues.
