Can not claim 15 tome points for a daily login

in my understanding the reason is that my character stayed online at the moment of the day change on PC EU,
while all of my other accounts who were offline - logged in and claimed theirs points and today they are at 9/99
while my best account is still at 8/99

    I had the same issue today. I was online on the EU server during the daily switchover until approximately 5:38 AM.
    I'd also like to create a ticket. Under which category did you create yours? And what was the text of your ticket?

    This is a known bug, but it won't be fixed until at least the next incremental patch (in a week's time if I understand correctly?). That's assuming the fix makes it into the incremental, of course.
