Ideas for new Motifs

loving the motif system but a few missing i cant wait to see as well as just some random (i think) cool ideas. so here is a list i thought of as well as what the racial material could possibly be:

-Dwemer (Dwarven Scrap Metal) this one is a no brainer
-Glass (raw glass)
-Golden Saint (Gold/Light essence?)
-Dark Seducer (Jet/Dark Essence?)
-Ancient Nord/Skaal (staahlrim)
-Falmer (Chaurus Chittin)
-Ashlander (Chittin)
-Great House (Bonemold) (light=telvanni, Medium=Hlaalu Heavy=Redoran)
-Daedric Lord (Grand Daedra Heart) (this would just be a daedric that we are actually satisfied with)
-Dov/Dragon (Dragonbone)
-Vampiric (vampire ash)
-Akaviri (Dragon scale?)
and lastly perhaps a guild specific motif? fighters/mages/theives/Tong

anything you would like to see personally? honourable mention to madness armor from shivering isles on oblivion =P

lastly (and i understand some people might think this is taking it to far but ill throw it out there anyway) itd be awesome if you could just add a simple flavor to a motif. eg. add bone from bosmer to dunmer craft and make it bonemold etc or it makes it look like the countries version (gimme dat morrowind daedric wep visuals plox). tho it could get a bit complex.

It should be MADE OF werewolves.
    I would wear that.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

I suggested a civilian motif in another thread. The armor would look more like clothing, and the weapons would be improvised weapons like rakes/***/fire pokers/etc.
    PS4 / NA
    M'asad - Khajiit Nightblade - Healer
Pakhet - Khajiit Dragonknight - Tank
Raksha - Khajiit Sorcerer - Stamina DPS
Bastet - Khajiit Templar - Healer
Leonin - Khajiit Warden - Tank

Dwemer, Akaviri, and an actual daedric armor set is what we really need. They are the only ones that would actually make sense to add.

Dwemer and daedric is traditional and there has been an akaviri invasion.

Still, this is only the first month of the game, wait a while.

Please don't turn this into "Perfect World", please, please...

    [Edit:]

Only if this motif was bound to craft the weakest gear in the game.

    What about:

    Fighters guild
    Mages guild
    Thieves guild
    Dark Brotherhood

Fighters guild and mages guild already have armors (well, at least I've seen fighter's heavy and medium and mages light, but any class can be anything and use any armor, so why not)

Thieves guild as well as Dark Brotherhood will need their "uniforms" as well.

While it is used in Skyrim, it does not make any sense. Outlaw secret society with a uniform?

It will make it easier for my DK, who is going to be a guard, to spot the criminal scum and tell them to stop right there.

I agree with most of them except the ones that require dragon bone/scale. Yes it's in skyrim but skyrim has dragons where eso does not and never will.

The one armor that I'm disappointed that isn't in yet is glass armor. Glass armor is something that shouldn't have been left out!!

    Sorry, in advance, I couldn't help myself with what "popped" into my head when I started to think of design ideas, but;

"It was an itsy bitsy, teeny, weenie, yellow, polka dot bikini". :open_mouth:

I am so going to have to beat my head against the wall and come back later when, hopefully, it's cleared and I can think straight.

Armors styles themed after the different divines or simply something along the lines of holy armor..
  • simontheriault1b16_ESO
Or themed after daedric princes, not just generic daedric.

If your going to suggest Falmer, then also suggest the Unbetrayed Flamer (Snow Elves (chancelory of Auriel)) who had their own style of armour, which was way better than the Betrayed Falmer.
