Expiration for tome points and tome point caches?

Many of our questions and complaints are answered in their new Article. Not everything, but a bunch.

We can request our tome point caches be given back, if we opened them without knowing.
Excess tome points at the end of the season will be converted to gold after the auto-buy.
The auto-buy will skip things like upgrade mat and experience scrolls.
Wrothgar/Hew's Bane/Gold goast delves and public dungeons will count for the Seasonal.
We'll be able to re-roll weeklies for gold.
