Moongrave Fane Achievements - CUBED and DROP THE BLOCK

Anyone know of easy ways to get these achievements? often videos online show how to do achievements but there are easier ways (ie Frostvault Cold Potato is very fast and easy if you don't follow the directions in the how-to videos).

Defeat the Kujo Kethba and block three geysers within three seconds of each other in Veteran Moongrave Fane.
Does this mean that the first and third need to be covered within 3 seconds, or can we do first and second within three seconds, then second and third within three seconds? If so, that will make it easier as A covers first, B counts to two before covering second while A is working to cover third.

After using the Sangiin Hemo Helot, squash Ravenous Hoarvors with the Sliding Stone in Veteran Moongrave Fane.
any way to mitigate RNG on when and where cube drops?

1 — it’s 3 seconds between each, not 3 seconds total.

2 — Try hitting the cube instead of waiting for it to fall from the sky, not sure if this works but worth a shot.
