They said they removed that one and the two other bugged ones yesterday during the hotfix. They encouraged people to reroll to get working ones.

This should be in the Bugs section of the forums, not the General section.
There is a thread or 2 about this in the Bugs section of the forums.
Most of this has been reported.

Air atronachs counted in place of Storm for me. Tested repeatedly in Craglorn.

Air atronachs counted in place of Storm for me. Tested repeatedly in Craglorn.

Same here, and verified in Vvardenfell that Air Atronachs count instead of Storm Atronachs.

This actually makes it easier to complete the challenge, since Flame Atronachs and Air Atronachs often appear together at various locations throughout Tamriel and Oblivion.

Also, Flame Atronachs are easier to kill than Frost Atronachs and Storm Atronachs are, and Air Atronachs seem to be about the same difficulty as Flame Atronachs.

So the "best" fix for this particular challenge might be to simply change the text to read "Flame Atronachs and Air Atronachs," although that's just my opinion.

Hi all, just wanted to follow up here and note that the kill Flame and Storm Atronach challenges will be improved with your feedback in Update 50.

The "kill 1000 enemies in Gold Coast etc" one is bugged for me, I got up to 26 kills and then nothing else counted after that.

Hi @Eclipse318! Were you in the overland areas, or an instanced area? Currently, there is an issue where if you moved to an instanced area off of the overland, like a delve or public dungeon, kills in that area would not count toward these types of Challenges. We have a bug in for it.

Week 2:

On my secondary account, I now have 10 new weekly tasks on both NA and EU.

On my main, NA has 7 and EU has 9 - one of which was maxed out when I logged in.

At first I thought, cool!, we have extra tasks to choose from. Some of the total gains from the non-maxed tasks did carry over - such as 3/15 logs or 5 shadowy daedra if it was applicable, but with the already completed one on EU, there was no reward to claim. On the other three accounts, the tasks without any progress simply reset fully.

Can anyone lend any guidance on this?

Yeah, for me the ice atronachs counted.

I think it was at Kvatch Arena that I noticed the count wasn't going up? I honestly can't remember. I haven't entered any delves or PDs in Gold Coast lately. I did see that it's going up again as of last night. Maybe a temporary blip? Sorry I can't be more help with debugging this! I'll keep a closer eye on it.
