Charactger dissapeared from the Cyrodiil leaderboard

Greetings.
I have seen many reporting about the Cyrodiil campaing but no one talks about their character completely dissapearing from the emperor leaderboard.
My character was in the top 100 (aproximately in the 30th position) with at least 4M points on the PC NA Gray Host campaign set as home but dissapeared last week and never progressed on the end of campaign reward tier. Today I recieved the tier 0 end of reward campaigns and not the tier 3 one that should be corresponding to me. Today the leaderboard has not been reset but my character is still missing.
Is there something that I can do about it?

The new campaign shows correctly and the rank and reward tier seems to be working now but I need an answer to my situation. It makes all the effort put into winning in vain.0
