yes we have the recreation system now, but it will be awful having to try to farm up 5 leads for a mythic, 9 monster helms, and 9 monster shoulders in a roughly 7 week period (april 29-june 17)? there should absolutely not be any gear or antiquity leads tied into a limited time zone
- anyone who missed out on obtaining those will be SOL until the event zone is reopened for one
- this could create a situation in the future where if something "good" is released from a temporary zone, and someone misses out on it, they could be severely disadvantaged in certain content (such as pvp) because they were not around during the event and would have to wait until the next time it came around
- tying antiquity leads into a temporary event will lead to a situation where people who like to finish codex entries will not be able to work on them at all until the event zone is opened back up
i know the whole thing is not available yet, but this just screams bad design/decision making to me, its quite a bit different than someone missing out on purely cosmetic items such as most of the holiday related achievements and associated collectibles as gear actively influences your character and combat

The monster sets are not only tied to the night market, but also tied to specific factions, so you can only get one per iteration of the Night Market.
It is per account, and yeah I don't know why they think that's a good but last I saw there was no indication this was something they were considering changing.Necrotech_Master wrote: »and the thing with monster sets seems actually worse if thats how it will work, unless joining a faction is per character and not per account so you could earn towards all 3 factions with during one event

I would hope that if they do wind up removing the Night Market after the initial three rounds (so everyone has a chance to get stuff from each Faction at least once) that they would introduce some sort of system or "market" where all the Collectibles, including the Night Den, is made available. Maybe put them in the permanent offerings of the Bazaar?
Uhmmm... any leads which drop from Night Market will be available from other sources when Night Market isn't running. Your FOMO is misplaced here. Monster Helms are six pieces, not the couple or three dozen like overland and dungeon sets. They're still "go there, kill that boss, get your curated piece, and repeat until you have all the pieces." Your FOMO is misplaced here. Additionally, your account will be faction-locked for the duration, so you'll be wanting to change factions when the Night Market comes back in Season Two to get another faction's stuff. Your FOMO is misplaced here. Thus far, what I'm hearing is complaints about problems which aren't problems. Did I miss something?
