Update on ESO Plus Benefits & Seasons

Having any amount of tokens that isn't 12, is useless for a year sub. I wouldn't care if I had to wait longer to get my full set of 12, atleast I knew I would get it then.. but now as I subbed my yearly plan in October, I am sitting here with 9 points that will forever be behind regardless of what I do. Once I get to October of this year, i will take points from the renewal to use on one tome and then be back to square one, sitting with less than 12, when it should be 0. I will forever have lost 1 tome basically.

Keep in mind that because I dont have the full 12, I will not be able to use it on the next few tomes, meaning my choice is limited now to either buy the one only at the end of the year or save it back and wait til the year after.

They could've just given the points out based on the subscription plan you currently had after January, regardless if it started last year. As it was said above, it clearly states what subscription plan you have in bold writing, so its not so hard to verify that.

The whole pitch for this update was to prevent FOMO.. maybe am just too old now and have stuck with this game for far too long.

I wonder why ZOS did not just provide one token tome each month for anyone that is subbing and not bother with the strange focus on the length of the subscription. Because certain features are reliant on having an active sub, the game must be check for a sub already.
Just drop one token at the first of each month if the sub test = true.

Still received nothing my account is entitled to: 'caches of tome points' = 0 and 'premium tome tokens' = 0.

And, of course, any acknowledgement of this also equals zero.

This remains broken. Unless or until this is remedied there is absolutely zero incentive for players in my position to buy into seasons or, indeed, to ever subscribe or pay for anything else in this game again.

I have a sub that renews in May. I got 1 cache. That’s it. What happened to the 3 from Jan-March? Put in a ticket it was closed and still no tokens. @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno

On my account I got 1 token too many. On my wife's account, same monthly sub, same date, same card, she got zero. Zero tokens. Zero caches. This is a mess kinda. And the new communication and transparency doesn't seem to have really found its way to this topic unfortunately.

I’ve sent in the requested email receipt from Sony for my yearly sub, plus a screen shot of my account showing I’m paid through 4/2027 but I still haven’t received a reply or my missing tokens. Ticket number 260330-002341 @ZOS_GinaBruno

I've never had the pleasure, in all my years of ESO, of filing a help ticket. Do I have to do this in game? I will Google it but is there a preferred method?

I usually go to the website https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ and login and go through the steps to submit a ticket. You can upload screenshots and easier to explain your issue. I think the in-game option limits you on how many characters you can use.

I've been missing ESO+ benefits since April 10th. During the Anniversary Jubilee event where it is highly needed to have ESO+ to avoid the pain of inventory management. I bought a month subscription for the sole purpose of utilizing the craft bag. So for the past 4 days I've been just dealing with it. There was another person in my guild that had their ESO+ benefits stripped from them last week. Been trying to reach out to them, but they haven't responded back. I didn't get my monthly Crowns (1650) when I resubbed this past time, but did get them eventually after submitting a ticket.

Just hope I can get my ESO+ benefits back and some compensation for inconvenience for not having it for about half of the Jubilee event. Seems odd to me that ESO has been around for 11+ years, and there are issues like this still happening. Releasing updates with known issues doesn't look good each major update. Spending months prior to work out the bugs should be at the top of the list before release, not having to deal with them after. Unless that's job security for Zenimax employees. Was hoping this year would be better than last year's horrible launch with the Withering Wall event and the Fortress public dungeon being completely broken on launch and took days to fix.
