@zos_kevin this is completely and utterly false. Currently 'caches of tome points' = 0 and premium tokens = 0 on my account after I just logged into pceu. And relogged. And relogged again. Then I iterated through all characters, checking inventory, mail and bank. Still zilch. Same for pcna...while players with active memberships between January 1, 2026 and March 9, 2026 will have their currencies retroactively awarded on March 30, 2026.
.. In both cases, the currencies are being delivered before the Season Zero launch on April 2.

At this stage I think it would be most apropos for me to say, thanks for nothing!.. In both cases, the currencies are being delivered before the Season Zero launch on April 2.
I very much doubt it. I raised a support ticket over two months ago about this issue and pm'd you ( @zos_kevin ) twice regarding this and have pretty much been ignored by and for all.
Maybe if someone had actually responded to that original support request it would not have proven to be so completely prescient?
I'm really not sure why you're asking when I have explicitly stated and thus implicitly made transparently clear that current currency was checked:ESO_player123 wrote: »Bucky Balls wrote: »@zos_kevin this is completely and utterly false. @Bucky Balls Why did you check the inventory, mail, and bank? tome points and caches are in the Currency tab (like seals and former event tickets/now trade bars). They are not "physical" items.

But in the hopes of improving the signal to noise ratio: when one has ZERO, it's generally a good idea to check everything. Several times. And, indeed, after all that: Currently 'caches of tome points' = 0 and premium tokens = 0
I trust that clarifies that Currently 'caches of tome points' = 0 and premium tokens = 0

Can we get a response as to why the tome points etc arent based on how many months/plan you have currently subbed if your on the yearly subscription.
Me and everyone who sub per year are now forever behind as we're always going to miss a few points until the next year subscription goes out, while people who just subbed in January will get all points as far as I have read.
We cannot simply purchase more months to make up for it as that would only activate after the current subscription has ended..so what was the plan with this.. I see the points now in my currency and its ofcourse missing a few as my yearly plan went out in October.

You get 1 tome point for every full month of sub after jan 1 2026. The tome points have been awarded so log in and see, compare it to your sub end date and then you can tell us if you got what you were supposed to or not.Whizzinglane wrote: »Can you please addressLadyBriala wrote: »@ZOS_Kevin

Can we receive the full currencies? I extended my yearly subscription to about two years. Will I receive currencies for both years? Thank you!

So now I have to wait until Christmas again if I renew my sub to be able to get more and convert that to the premium? Meanwhile, anyone who subbed this year gets theirs all at once and can convert immediately. Apparently this system isn't looking at calendar month as we'd all thought in other threads because I'd expected 12 based on being subbed in each month this year.

Subbed for all 12 months of 2026 and yet still absolutely nothing.
Can anyone at zos please tell me why this is? And why a support ticket I raised months ago anticipating this very issue was and remains completely ignored (useless ai non-response notwithstanding)?
This is hopelessly broken.
You my friend are from the future. How is doc doing?

The only people who would have 12 tokens are the ones who renewed their sub for a full year in Jan-March.

I'm usually pretty tolerant of the times when the dice just don't quite roll in my favor for these sorts of things, but this one stings. Feels slimy and sleazy on a level massive even for an MMO. There's no way to get single premium tokens, and no use for less than 12 tokens, so they've really managed to target the most devoted and long-term players to screw over in the most arbitrary of ways. The whole "rewarding faithful players" dialog around it really feels like a slap in the face.

With everyone having a sub that starts/ends at different dates, they did have to pick a starting point somewhere and it would inevitably have screwed over some people.
That actually would hurt 1-year subscribers even more. Let's say Joe subscribed last October. So, he would not get ANY tokens till next October. Meanwhile, Sam that has monthly subscription will be getting tokens from April through September. I think that would be much much worse, no?Lyssia_Blackthorn wrote: »tomofhyrule wrote: »

Not if they just did it based on the subscription type. IIRC, it's right there in the account page, if we have access to that information, so do they. If you currently have active an annual sub, you get 12 tokens. Fair and easy. Or, don't do it at all. Next sub gets that many tokens for everyone, plain and simple and no one gets anything for past loyalty. They didn't have to screw over anyone for any reason.

I mean, practically speaking, as someone with my sub not renewing until next September, it doesn't make a difference to me, because the 8 I have are useless before then anyway, even if I were to switch to a monthly sub, as suggested above. So how is it really worse? I'm not being belligerent, from where I stand, you've perfectly highlighted my point. At least the way you're talking, it doesn't come with convoluted math; I'm being screwed over in the usual, tolerable, straight-forward way of such things. I find that much easier to live with.

There are also people who have changed their sub style over time.
Case in point: I had an annual sub since 2019 that I cancelled last year because I was really frustrated with the direction of the game. My plus expired in June, but then I won an extra month from a streamer so I’m good through July.
So… I have an active annual, yet cancelled, sub that goes through June and an extra month from a code. How would that be classed?
I suppose by July I’ll need to decide if this game is winning me back…
