The flame and storm atros one is bugged too. The flames count but the storms don't move the progress bar at all.

I am so glad I rerolled that one then. After that being the Endeavor du jour I got so tired of them.

They said they removed that one and the two other bugged ones yesterday during the hotfix. They encouraged people to reroll to get working ones.

This should be in the Bugs section of the forums, not the General section.
There is a thread or 2 about this in the Bugs section of the forums.
Most of this has been reported.

Air atronachs counted in place of Storm for me. Tested repeatedly in Craglorn.

Same here, and verified in Vvardenfell that Air Atronachs count instead of Storm Atronachs.

This actually makes it easier to complete the challenge, since Flame Atronachs and Air Atronachs often appear together at various locations throughout Tamriel and Oblivion.

Also, Flame Atronachs are easier to kill than Frost Atronachs and Storm Atronachs are, and Air Atronachs seem to be about the same difficulty as Flame Atronachs.

So the "best" fix for this particular challenge might be to simply change the text to read "Flame Atronachs and Air Atronachs," although that's just my opinion.
