Game seems to re-render everything w/o reason
Since U49 the game starts re-rendering while playing.
This causes my fps to drop to 0 for a split second and starts re-rendering everything after (grass etc).
I tried to put everything on the lowest possible, removed program data & shader cache.
The only thing that somewhat works is restarting the game, then it doesn't come back for a while making me think this is some memory leak thing.
Anyone else having this issue happening?

MercilessnVexed✭✭✭✭I'm beginning to wonder if this is my issue as well. I've done everything I can think of to this PC to get everything to smooth out and stop the fps drops to no avail.0
