Where is the extra bonus points?

Hello.
I have played on PTS and we met to have 10% bonus points for ESO+ and as i got it if you buy premium battlepass u get more extra precentage .But there is no extra?
Or im missing something..... Eso+ Premium with bonuses.... Not worth.. feels like a scam

ESO+ applies a 10% bonus to Tome Points from challenges.
It also grants 1 cache of 2,000 Tome Points per month subscribed. (The 10% does not apply to that.)
The “Bonuses” referred to in the phrase “Premium + Bonuses” are two things:
-a cosmetic that is granted instantly (in this case an outfit)
-2 additional caches of Tome Points1
